The second internal lecturer team was formally established on January 24, 2019 after preliminary recommendation/self-recommendation, selection, trial lecture and other evaluation procedures. The current internal lecturer team consists of 25 members, including 3 senior lecturers, 3 first-level lecturers, 4 second-level lecturers, 11 third-level lecturers and 4 reserve lecturers.
The start-up will be carried out in four stages. Firstly, the training achievements and shortcomings in 2018 were reviewed. Secondly, the status quo of training is analyzed through relevant data, and corresponding improvement measures are put forward. In the third stage, according to the annual assessment results of internal lecturers, the outstanding internal lecturers of 2018 were commended. Finally, a letter of appointment was issued to the person who passed the strict evaluation and was officially hired as the internal lecturer in 2019.
The second session of internal lecturers further raised the requirements on the assessment of qualification, through the course content, courseware design, courseware master and course versatility and other dimensions of evaluation, and determine its level. Involved in the assessment link lecturer is very serious, they in the busy work, take time to develop courseware and after communicate with personnel administration, continuously perfect the courseware content, showing them as a lecturer in the sense of responsibility and professional degrees, and showing as a lecturer, they set an example, through constantly learning to improve my own shortcomings. The main purposes of establishing in-house lecturers are as follows. First, all business departments should attach importance to the cultivation of internal personnel, so as to provide correct guidance to subordinates in terms of management and business. This launch will be very fortunate to invite the heads of business departments to participate. The department of human resources administration conducted a questionnaire survey on different training needs for different levels of personnel, and conducted a detailed analysis and summary.
